Here we publish some of the feedback we have received from customers related to maintenance support.
At RIKEN KEIKI, the feedback we receive from our customers is invaluable in helping us develop and improve the products and services we offer. Customer feedback reaches us via our sales team.

From a semiconductor-related facility based in the Tohoku Region:
We often receive assistance from the maintenance personnel.

We have a large number of fixed installations, which makes arranging periodic inspection schedules a challenge. We are always being a nuisance for Riken Keiki, but they prioritize schedule coordination over other companies.
Riken Keiki has a large number of personnel, making it easier to coordinate schedules. The large number of personnel they have means we can always rely on them.

From a chemical facility in the northern Kanto Region:
We were amazed by the quality of maintenance and horizontal coordination.

We consulted with Riken Keiki about the installation environment of gas detectors at out site, and were examining what action to take.
We have a similar facility in Kyushu, and we contacted our Kyushu facility via internal channels with details of the action we had taken.
We found out that Riken Keiki had already contacted them to inform them of the results achieved at the Tohoku facility. This horizontal coordination is impressive. We were amazed.
