The Difference of the ITO Material Work Function after Washing Process
To get rid of the surface pollution of the ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) material, which is commonly used in organic solar cells, organic electro-luminescence (OEL), organic diode (OLED), the monitoring of the wash level is very important.
By measuring the work function with AC series, you can easily manage your product quality. As shown in the figure, the photoelectron emission became larger due to the rid of impurities.
AC-5 can have a direct point measurement which allows a 180 mm2 sample. So it is best for the confirmation of wash process. Furthermore,
